Summary: It was a great stay, albeit pricey one. The facility is outstanding, majority of staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Jacob, at client services was great and made sure we understood everything, knew how to find any amenities. Negative, there was no daily room service during any of the 4 nights we stayed. We stayed at a fantastic 4 bedroom flat, although i only had 5 people. 2 were small children. We dined twice at Disney restaurants 10 minutes away. Twin View onsite was not all that impressive though. They didn't have key items that were on the menu and other things we ordered were ok. My 6 year old granddaughter was supposed eat for free with my 4 night stay, but we ended up paying. My fault though, i didn't say anything. Overall, it was a great stay all enjoyed tremendously. The lagoon is nothing short of spectacular, so was our flat.

Summary: Overall, first time. Quite an experience. Beautiful. Friendly staff. Very expensive. But no incidents. Well, checkout time is 10 AM. WHAT???? Getting in and off the property takes time at "The Security CHECKPOINT Gate, which did not work automatically...after the first entrance. WE Had to wait to be checked in and interrogated each time thereafter. They need a screen to open the door for fresh air. No parking. I mean, "No Parking". Had to park on the gravel in the overflow section. Is anybody ready this to fix things? Or, is this a waste of time.

Summary: As a family of 6 adults the lagoon view 4 bedroom flat worked really well for us. The unit looked like new and had lots of kitchen storage. Balconies were a fair size though unfortunately only two chairs were provided. We had to ask twice (first time was told there might be safety concerns??) to get two more chairs. Air conditioning was good as we like to keep it quite cool for sleeping. There did seem to be quite a bit of rules though, such as not allowing guests to take their own can of beer down to the beach. Not sure if they were enforcing this rule or not. Also the swim area was quite small. The lagoon is basically a very large "cement pond", but small areas of roped off for swimming/playing. I would like to suggest that we should be able to walk or swim the periphery of the lagoon. In addition to spending time at the Disney parks, we had wanted to play a few rounds of golf. The two golf courses associated with the property were very well maintained and were challenging enough for all levels. Staff was very friendly, but communication between office staff and other staff could have been better. We requested a late checkout (which we thought was quite expensive), however, while on the golf course, I received a call from the office wondering why we had not checked out. After a the office realized their error, we were still locked out after we got back to the room.
